Hunter Steakhouse - Thank You Yuma - Yuma, AZ Steak House

Louise and I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You to all those people in Yuma, who helped us with the Hunter project. Taking on this project was not something we had planned on doing when we first purchased the property back in 2002. As the property owners, we had a 20 year lease with the tennants to operate the Hunter. When the tenants walked away from the lease in 2009 we were faced with a real dilemma.

After much soul searching and some encouragement from some local business people in Yuma, we decided to fix up the Hunter and reopen it. It was during this remodel phase that Louise and I really got to know Yuma and its' people and really felt this was the right thing to do. Since the Hunter's Grand Opening on November 12, 2010 we are confident we made the right decision.

We wanted to take this opportunity to say a Special Thank You to the following People, Businesses and Contractors, all of which are from Yuma and are the ones most responsible for the Hunter coming back to life. Louise and I are most appreciative of their efforts and hard work to make this a restaurant all of Yuma can be proud of.
